Meet Colin Mason who is coming to take some large animal lectures at our AVSPNI Autumn conference!  Colin works for SAC Veterinary Services based in Dumfries.  As well as working as part of the team at the Dumfries Disease Surveillance Centre carrying our disease investigation and surveillance activities he is also involved with dairy research and herd health work at the Dairy Research and Innovation Centre based at Crichton Royal Farm in Dumfries.  His main interests are young stock health and lameness in dairy cows.  On Saturdays lecture programme Colin will be delivering lectures in our L/A improver stream with topics such as ‘Mycoplasma bovis infections in cattle herds’, Field post mortem workshop for practitioners’ and a lecture on ‘Adult cow pneumonia problems’ in our L/A refresher stream.
